OUR STORY

Backflip Gymnastics was founded by Katie Cannon, a gymnastics coach who believed children deserved an environment focused on confidence, enjoyment, and progress.

After years of coaching, Katie saw how traditional models could intimidate children and discourage participation. She created Backflip to be joyful, inclusive, and empowering, a space where every child can stretch, tumble, and shine, building confidence, one smile at a time.

    • Performance (invite only) - Advanced skills, routines, and competitive preparation.

  • With structured schedules, memberships, and team support, you can scale without being on the gym floor all day, while maintaining consistent, high-quality experiences for children.
